Snow Removal

Another benefit provided by the Villages HOA is snow removal along common area sidewalks, cul de sacs, pool area, and around our mailboxes. If you have any concerns about snow removal in areas you believe are the HOA's responsibility, please contact Westwind Management - Client Services.

 

Homeowners are responsible for shoveling the snow on their front stoops. The public streets are plowed on a discretionary basis by Douglas County.
