www.westwindmanagement.com and click on "Homeowner Login" at the top right of the website. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) will walk you through making online payments to the Villages through Westwind Management Group.

If paid online you can sign up to pay by electronic check (E-check) which is free of charge; however, if you are using a debit card a $5.00 fee applies to debit card transactions and 3% fee for credit card transactions.
Support of online payments
If you need support for online payments, Alliance Bank provides direct support for making online payment through the pay portal or by phone. They can be reached by phone at 844-739-2331 or by email at

There is a credit card payment set up document available and a link is provided in the FAQ document under "how do I get support for online payments?"
For those accounts in Collections – no payments are considered Payment in Full. You will need to contact the Association’s attorney to discuss your balance.
Monthly statements and/or coupons are sent out monthly if you do not or cannot pay online.
